Superstar Rajinikanth's Kaala directed by Pa Ranjith hit the screens worldwide on June 7. The film opened to posiive reviews and has been doing spectacular business at the Box Office. It is inching towards the Rs. 150 crore mark at the Box Office. With Kaala, Rajinikanth has once again proved, why he is known as the king of box office. 

Kaala which recorded the highest opening day collection of Rs. 1.76 cr at Chennai Box Office has crossed Rs. 10 crore mark as well. The film has grossed Rs. 10.29 crore in 11 days. Kaala is Rajinkanth's third film to achieve this feat after Kabali and Enthiran. Kabali had minted Rs. 12. 35 crore while Enthiran had grossed Rs. 11. 2 cr in Chennai city.
