Actor Prakash Raj might have gone against the unsaid diplomatic code and done what many actors sharing the Tamil Nadu-Karnataka history(and geography) are hesitant of doing- reiterate his allegiance. In doing so, Prakash Raj addressed the Kaala-Cauvery issue and appealed to the Kannadigas and the Karnataka government to not let another Padmaavat take place in our country.
