Studio Green's upcoming venture Ghajinikanth had a first single launch earlier in the evening and at the event it was revealed that the film is a remake of the Telugu film Bhale Bhale Magadivoy, a 2015 Nani, Lavanya Tripathi starrer. The film has Arya playing a youngster named Rajinikanth who has a habit of forgetting things with Sayyeshaa as the female lead. Directed by Santhosh P Jayakumar of Hara Hara Mahadevaki fame, Ghajinikanth is expected to hit theatre screens on March 30, 2018.
Touted to be a family entertainer, the movie is Studio Green's 12th production venture and their first with Arya. Also starring Sampath, Narain, Sathish, Karunakaran, Nan Kadavul Rajendran among others, the film has Balamurali Balu for music, Ballu for cinematography and Prasanna G.K. for the edits.
