Rajinikanth- Shankar's 2.0 release pushed to Jan 2018

The release date of India's most expensive film 2.0 has been postponed from Diwali 2017 to Jan 25 2018. The Rajinikanth-Akshay Kumar-Amy Jackson starrer is indeed inching closer to a shoot wrap, but according to the production house, the VFX works involved in the film will take much more time than expected and the team has decided to postpone the release date for a quality output. 

2.0 is the sequel to Shankar's earlier film Enthiran / Robo and will simultaneously be released in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. Produced by Lyca Productions, the movie has music by AR Rahman.
