'Padmavati’ Rajasthan shoot still stalled?

Shahid Kapoor, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone are set to resume shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Padmavati’ doing the rounds, it appears that the Rajasthan shoot is very much still stalled after the vandalism and assault suffered by the team.

A source is quoted by Bollywood Life saying, ““After the incident, we don’t know what the status is. Initially, there was talk about us returning to Rajasthan, but the final call will be taken by the producers. We might return later, but for now, we will start filming in Mumbai. Everyone is unsure about the safety of the cast and crew there. Unless we have the state’s support, we cannot go there”.

Interestingly, the Mumbai shoot has been ongoing with no issues. The film is due to release in November.
