Tamasha Opening Weekend Box Office Collection

Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone starrer Tamasha which hits the screens on Nov 27, has received mixed response at the Box Office in its opening week. The film has been doing good business at the Box Office. The film has minted Rs. 38.43 crore in its opening weekend.

Saturday - Rs.13.17 cr

Sunday - Rs. 14.12 cr

Total - Rs. 38.23 cr

Releasing two weeks after Salman Khan’s superhit ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’, ‘Tamasha’ makers seem to have chosen the right slot for its release.

The film has now seen the best opening for a Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone starrer as their biggest weekend so far in 2015 was Roy (28.68 crore) and Piku (25.22 crore). 

Tamasha is an Indian romantic drama film directed by Imtiaz Ali, produced Sajid Nadiadwala and presented by UTV Motion Pictures. Music by AR Rahman.

Next big releases of this year are Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Dilwale’ and Deepika, Ranveer, Priyanka starrer ‘Bajirao Mastani’ which will clash at the box office as both the films will release on December 18.
