Oka Manasu movie starts with Naga shourya and Niharikas Love story. Niharika (as sandhay) is a doctor and Naga Shourya (as surya) is a politician. Rao Ramesh is the father of Naga Shourya, is a small time politician with an aspiration to have his son succeed as an MLA.
