Akshay Kumar stars in creaky melodrama that'll remind you of a 60s weepie

The nicest part of the film, like in the original, are the ordinary folk who come out of the first flight, their faces lit-up and beaming. Thats what you take away from this loose adaptation of G R Gopinaths memoir Simply Fly : A Deccan Odyssey, as well as the freeze frames of Gopinath and his f...(more)

Here it is more like the character living up to the films title. Marans socialist father had more socio-politica...(more)

Akshay Kumar Presents A Riveting Tale Of Enterprise And Grit

After a long time, we have a biopic that is full of entertaining sequences and not just seriousness. Akshay Kumar has been having a bad patch since 2021s Sooryavanshi (but for his cameo in OMG 2) and this one deserves to end the dull phase.(more)

SARFIRA tells an inspiring story in an engaging manner.

SARFIRA tells an inspiring story in an engaging manner and rests on Akshay Kumar's strong performance. At the box office, its prospects would be greatly limited due to a niche subject and limited buzz. It will, therefore, do ordinary business.(more)
