Known Animal In A Familiar Terrain
Paayum Puli is an eminently watchable flick. But it falls short of what you would expect from Suseenthiran. The film follows a linear narration. More surprisingly it reveals quite a lot quite early on. The undercover aspect is revealed in a few minutes. The trump card of the film which is the identi...(more)

It Crouches And Then Pounces Like A Typical Tiger !
While the second half, specially the last 45 minutes works out really well, the first half is a major worry as the romantic scenes between the lead pair has fallen flat. In fact, it can be said that Kajal Aggarwal's role is a forced infusion in the movie's script.(more)

Despite its obvious flaws, Paayum Puli is far from unwatchable due to the second half. At best, it's a satisfying watch. Just don't go in with high expectations. A pure entertainer
Paayum Puli is packed with soft progressions. There are hardly any genuine surprises and you could easily guess a large chunk of the proceedings. Vishal radiates a cool and clever vibe, and his moves are full of energy and enthusiasm. (more)

Paayum Puli didn't pounce well rather ended injured. The Concept the Movie had was nice which could've been programmed with better environment and so the Screenplay was where the total lacking and wrongs were made. The Director didn't live up to his expectation and failed to even touch the low-level... (more)
