Aishwarya Rai Bachchan to turn singer for 'Jazbaa'?

Actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who is all set to make a comeback on the silver screen with Jazbaa, will also sing a song in the movie. If sources are to be believed then the former Miss World will make her singing debut with her comeback film Jazbaa.

Lending voice in self movies is the latest trend followed by actresses in Bollywood. And now looks like after Shraddha Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Sonakshi sinha, Aish will soon join the league. Apparently it was director Sanjay Gupta’s idea to which Bachchan bahu has given her nod.

Gupta feels Aish has a very musical voice and is she often hum tunes on sets. Shooting of the song is likely to begin from today. It is a situational song and Aishwarya wants to rehearse a bit before the final take.

Jazbaa movie starring Rai in lead role is a remake of a South Korean movie called Seven Days. Actor Irrfan Khan and Shabana Azmi will also be seen in the movie in pivotal roles. The movie will hit the theatres on October 9.
