Saif, Katrina starrer Phantom will have no songs

Phantom is an upcoming counter-terrorism drama film directed by Kabir Khan, and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. It stars Saif Ali Khan and Katrina Kaif in leading roles.The film is about post-26/11 attacks in Mumbai and global terrorism.

The latest we hear is that the film will have no songs, since the film deals with a serious subject and director Kabir Khan had given more focus to the subject than the songs. Kabir Khan said, “Phantom has no lip-sync songs. It’s intended as a far more serious exploration of a political issue.”

The film is in the post production stage and is scheduled for release on August 28, 2015.
