Tanu Weds Manu Returns is the first film of 2015 to cross 100 crore mark

Tanu Weds Manu Returns is the first film this year to join the 100 crore club. Tanu Weds Manu Returns is the sequel to 2011 romantic comedy film Tanu Weds Manu. The film starring Madhavan and Kangana Ranaut in lead roles is directed by Anand L Rai. The film hit the screens on May 22.

It has been doing extremely good business at the Box Office ever since its release. It has received raving reviews from both audience and critics alike. The strong positive word of mouth has helped boost the film's collections to a great extent.

The film made on budget of 30+ crore has crossed the 100 crore mark at the Domestic Box Office on its 11th day. It has done good business at the Overseas market as well and has raked in more than 25 crore. The film has been declared a blockbuster by trade sources.

Tanu Weds Manu Returns now hold the record as the highest grossing film of 2015. 

TWMR achieves the 100 cr milestone in India! Collects Rs.5.20 cr on 2nd Monday, India NBOC stands at Rs.103.47 cr.
