Tanu Weds Manu Returns final schedule in Delhi

Tanu Weds Manu Returns starring Madhavan and Kangana Ranaut in the lead roles is directed by Anand L Rai. It is the sequel to Tanu Weds Manu which released in 2011. The film is set to hit the screens on May 29, 2015. The film shooting is in its final stages. The final schedule of the film is set to be shot in Delhi.

Kangana Ranaut will be essaying dual roles in the film. While one will play the wife of Madhavan, the other will be seen playing the role of a Haryanvi athlete. 

“Tanu Weds Manu Returns” will begin from where the original 2011 movie ended, says producer Krishika Lulla. “I always feel a sequel should be a continuation of the previous one. ‘Tanu Weds Manu Returns’ will continue from where the first film ended. Many sequels are being made in Bollywood, but either the actors are replaced or the story is completely changed. So, here’s a sequel in the true sense,” Mr. Lulla said.
