Akshay Kumar's Airlift to go on floors this month

Akshay Kumar who is very happy with the success of his recent release 'Baby' is all set to begin shooting for his next film 'Airlift' to be directed by Raja Krishna Menon. The film shooting begins in Bhuj, Gujarat on February 20. 

Nimrat Kaur of 'Lunchbox' fame will be paired opposite Akshay Kumar. This is the first time she will sharing the screen space with the Khiladi actor.

‘Airlift’ is said to be based on the Indians who were stuck in Kuwait during the Gulf War. Airlift is an uplifting and entertaining edge-of-the-seat thriller and is the story of the biggest ever human evacuation in the history of mankind. The film is jointly produced by TSeries, Cape of Good Films, Crouching Tigers and Emmay Entertainment.
