Revealed: Mystery behind Akshay Kumar's Baby title

Akshay Kumar's upcoming film Baby directed by Neeraj Pandey is set to hit the screens on January 23. The trailer has received good response and the film promotions are currently underway. 

Initially, the makers of the film had kept the suspense going by not revealing the reason behind the title. Recently they spilled the beans and disclosed the mystery as they didn't want to create an unnecessary atmosphere of curiosity.

Director Neeraj Pandey said, "There is no huge secret behind my film's title. It's a nickname for the black operation that Akshay and the others in his team are part of. The unit is on a trail-run for five years. And since it's in its infancy stage everyone calls it 'Baby'."

Produced by T-Series along with Cape of Good Films and Crouching Tiger, BABY also stars Anupam Kher, Rana Daggubatti, Taapsee Pannu, Kay Kay Menon, Sushant Singh, Rashid Naz in pivotal roles.
