PK crosses 150 crore mark in 6 days

PK has been creating waves at the Box Office ever since its release. Aamir Khan and Anushka Sharma starrer got positive response from the audience and critics for its gripping storyline and powerful performances. 

The film which crossed the 100 crore mark on its fourth day has achieved yet another milestone on its sixth day. The film had minted more than Rs. 150 cr at the end of six days.

Friday - Rs. 26.63 cr

Saturday - Rs. 30.34 cr

Sunday - Rs. 38.44 cr

Monday - Rs. 21.22 cr

Tuesday - Rs. 18.85 cr

Wednesday – Rs. 19.55 cr

Total – Rs. 155.03 cr

PK Breaks Singham Returns Record

‘PK’ surpassed the the lifetime business of the year’s second highest opener ‘Singham Returns’, which made Rs 140.62 crore. PK is now the fourth highest grosser of 2014.

However Aamir's Dhoom 3 had collected Rs. 174.98 cr on its sixth day which is still one of the highest ever grossing film in Bollywood.

The trend shown by PK is just amazing with weekdays hardly showing drop over weekend. Yesterday being a national holiday, the film is expected to have made a whopping collection and is likely to surpass the lifetime collection of Bang Bang soon.
