Akshay Kumar's Baby Trailer review
The much awaited trailer of Baby starring Akshay Kumar, Anupam Kher and Kay Kay Menon and directed by Neeraj Pandey is out and this action-packed thriller is looking rock solid. A team of intelligence officers undertake a mission to catch a terrorist called Bilal who is the right hand of Mohammad Rehman, the main antagonist to reach him and end his terror and free the nation from anymore attacks and blasts. There are two questions to be asked, will they be able to do this gigantic task? If yes, how?
After the breathtaking ‘A Wednesday’, Neeraj Pandey again is all set to take up the hard-hitting issues of Kashmir and terror attacks. The story looks no out of the world material but it’s his treatment that makes his movies class apart from others.
Much like Special 26, the cinematography is looking top-notch. We’ll be able to watch a lot of the classy building and palaces of the U.A.E. There are some incredible shots seen from the trailer. The Dialogues are catchy and fresh - “Kasab ko Ac Wala kumra dia tha ye logo ne, use toh zyada hi kiye hum”. The action sequences look very very sharp and will push the audience to the edge of their seats. “History is made by those who give a damn!” The line makes sure of a good dose of patriotism in the movie.
After his horrendous second half last year with movies like Entertainment and The Shaukeens, Baby is looking more than substantial for Akshay Kumar. His back in his action avatar and we hope Neeraj Pandey brings out the best from this fine actor like he did in Special 26. A new villain in Rasheed Naz looks very impressive with his not-so-bollywoody looks. Presence of super-talented actors like Anupam Kher, Sushant Singh and Danny Denzongpa promises some very interesting characters. After playing the deadly Khurram in Haider, Kay Kay Menon as the green eyed Bilal is back with another negative shade. Even Tapsee Pannu looks up and ready for the Baby challenge.
Expectations are high and we are more than waiting for this thriller.
