Rekha in Amitabh Bachchan's 'Shamitabh'

Rekha will finally be seen in an Amitabh Bachchan-starrer. The veteran Bollywood actress, who is making her Bollywood comeback with Supernani, will be seen in a cameo in Shamitabh. However, Rekha, who will share screen space with Dhanush in the R. Balki directed film, might not share screen space with Amitabh himself. It has been more than three decades since the duo was seen together, in Yash Chopra’s Silsila (1981).

Dhanush took on to his Twitter page to share the news about Rekha joining him in Shamitabh.

Shamitabh starring Amitabh Bachchan, Dhanush and Akshara Hassan in the lead roles is directed by R Balki of 'Cheeni Kum' and 'Paa' fame. The film is slated to release on February 6, 2015.
