Creature 3D Preview: 5 reasons to watch the film

Ameet Bhuvan

Bipasha Basu and Vikram Bhat are back together with India’s first creature film, Creature 3D. After nailing the horror formula to near perfection Vikram ventures into new territory with a creature horror film. To give Bipasha company we have Pakistani heartthrob Imran Abbas making his Bollywood debut. We tell you why this Friday Creature 3D should be the film you should be watching for sure.

1. Bipasha Basu

Horror and Bipasha are almost synonymous in Bollywood now. Raaz, Raaz3, Rakth, Aatma, and many other horror films after she is starring in India’s first monster film as well. No one does the damsel-in-a-haunting act better than Bipasha and we look forward to another sultry strong performance from this siren.

2. Vikram Bhat

The king of Horror genre in Bollywood, Vikram has time and again proven he knows how to spook the day lights out of his audience. His skillful mastery over the genre promises yet another spine chilling ride.

3. Music

Mithoon and Tony Kakkar have composed music for this film, which despite being a horror / monster film has some lilting romantic tunes. Saawan aaya hai is already a chartbuster and the remaining album too is climbing up the charts steadily. Good songs, sultry Bipasha and horror. What more do we need?

4. 3D

Yes, it is another Hindi film trying out the nascent technology of 3D. What better genre than horror for it? Right? Vikram Bhat has presented his films in stereoscopic horror before, and from the trailers, his technique just seems to have improved by leaps and bounds. Nothing is more exciting than seeing a beat rip people apart in 3D.

5. The Beast

Yes, after Bipasha the next most important part of this film is the Creature himself. The trailers have only piqued our interest with sneak peeks of his hands and claws and distant shots of his menacing self. After super heroes, aliens and super villains, it is time to meet our very own homegrown Monster.
