Shahid Kapoor Alia Bhatt starrer Shandaar starts rolling 

Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor, who is currently busy with the promotions of his upcoming film Haider, will be seen next in Vikas Bahl's Shandaar.

Shandaar directed by Vikas Bahl of 'Queen' fame starts rolling today. Shahid Kapoor and Alia Bhatt play the lead roles in Shandaar. The duo are sharing the screen space for the first time. The film we hear will be the first of its kind in Bollywood — focussing on the concept of destination weddings in India.

Veteran actor Pankaj Kapoor has  been signed in by the director to play Alia's dad. Pankaj Kapur will be sharing screen space with his son for the first time. The film also marks the debut of Shahid's sister Sanah.

Arjun Kapoor's uncle Sanjay Kapoor also has been roped in for a pivotal role. Sanjay Kapoor is currently busy with the production of Arjun Kapoor and Sonakshi Sinha starrer 'Tevar'.
