Arjun Kapoor pays tribute to Salman Khan in Tevar

Arjun Kapoor, who gives credit to Salman Khan for his foray into acting, has sung a song in his upcoming film 'Tevar' as a tribute to the 'Dabangg' actor. The song will be Arjun's introduction song in the film. The hook line of the song begins as 'Main toh Superman Salman ka fan, jo leve mujhse panga, kar doon mein uska band.'

In Tevar, Arjun Kapoor plays Pintoo, a typical Agra guy, who is also a big fan of Salman Khan. The song will introduce Arjun as Pintoo. The song would be Arjun's way of paying homage to Salman who has been instrumental in launching his career. The song also establishes the relationship of Pintoo with his friends. 

This song is choreographed by Remo D'Souza and the music is composed by Sajid-Wajid. It will also capture the essence of Agra. The song was shot against the backdrop of the Taj Mahal in Agra and in Tajgung. 

Tevar stars Arjun Kapoor, Sonakshi Sinha and Manoj Bajpayee in the lead roles. It is the official remake of the Telugu blockbuster Okkadu. It is produced by Sanjay Kapoor. The film is slated to release on January 9, 2015.
