Rahul Dholakia clears the air on Shahrukh Khan's Raees getting postponed
Raees starring Shahrukh Khan and Farhan Akhtar in the lead roles is set to go on floors in November. Directed by Rahul Dholakia, the film will bring Shah Rukh Khan and Farhan Akhtar in the same frame for the first time. A leading tabloid recently reported that the film might not go on floors in November as announced and there might be a delay in starting the project.
According to the tabloid, Farhan Akhtar is apparently not very happy with the second half of the script and is getting some changes done. As a result, the film has apparently been delayed in order to make the necessary changes.
Director Rahul however has trashed the news as a mere rumour. He took to his Twitter page to clear the air on Raees getting postponed.
For #Raees to release, it has to finish and for it to finish it has to start and for it to start, prior commitments have to end - Hai Na ?

Raees is still in the pre-production stage and will go on floors as planned. The director is busy scouting locations for the project. Based in Gujarat, the film will see Shah Rukh play the head of a mafia gang. The film is produced by Excel Entertainment.
Shahrukh Khan’s Happy New Year is in the post production stage. The trailer of the film will be unveiled on August 15. Happy New Year will hit the screens for Diwali. The team is also gearing up for the film’s promotions.
