Karan Johar trashes rumour on Salman Khan's whooping remuneration for Shuddhi
Bollywood grapevine has been abuzz with rumours that Salman Khan was reportedly paid a bomb for "Shuddhi' to be directed by Karan Johar. According to reports, the Kick actor is being paid about Rs.150 crore for the movie, the highest ever to any Indian actor.
Karan Johar recently confirmed in his microblog that Salman Khan will be playing the lead role in Shuddhi. Soon after the announcement, the news regarding Salman's remuneration has been doing the rounds.
Also rumour mills were abuzz that Karan Johar had signed Aamir for his next project and has offered him too a pay package of Rs. 150 crores. Miffed by these reports, Karan Johar took on to his Twitter page to clear the air on the reports. Karan has denied paying such lump sum figures as quoted by the tabloids.

Shuddhi is Salman Khan's first film with Karan Johar. The film is set to hit the screens for Diwali 2016.
