Vijay Sethupathy's Purampokku team decided not to demolish the Prison

The huge Prison set that has been erected in Chennai for Purampokku movie will not be demolished after the completion of the movie. The team decided to leave the gigantic Prison set available for other films that are in need of a similar atmosphere in their script. Sources say that nearly the entire second half of the story of Purampokku takes place inside the Prison.  Arya, Vijay Sethupathi, Karthika and Shaam will be shooting in the set for the entire 45 days schedule.

Purampokku is a multi-starrer movie directed by S.P Jhananathan of 'E' and 'Peranmai' fame.  The movie is jointly produced by UTV and SP Jhananathan's Binary pictures.
