Vikram Prabhu's new film titled Vellaikaara Durai

Vikram Prabhu is set to don a role of village youth, after Kumki, for his new film to be directed by Ezhil of Desingu Raja fame. The film has been titled Vellaikaara Durai. Sridivya of VPVS fame will be playing the female lead. It is a romantic emotional drama with mass elements set in a village near Thanjavur. 

Vikram Prabhu is eagerly awaiting the release of his next film Arima Nambi directed by Anand Shankar. His other film Sigaram Thodu is in the post production stage.
