Lingaa gets a new villain

Lingaa starring Rajinikanth, Anushka and Sonakshi Sinha in the lead roles is directed by KS Ravikumar. Apart from Tollywood actor Jagapathi Babu who plays the villain, the team has also cast Dev Singh Gill as a villain in Lingaa. Dev Singh Ghill was seen as a baddie in Telugu film Magadheera and Tamil film Sura. 

The unit had recently canned an high voltage action sequence on a moving train featuring Rajnikanth. A set was erected for this action sequence at Ramoji Rao film city, Hyderabad. The next schedule of the film will resume tomorrow and will go on for about 50 days. The shooting will take place in Hyderbad.

Santhanam and Karunakaran play supporting cast. Music by AR Rahman. Lingaa is produced by Rockline Venkatesh.
