Actor Sivakarthikeyan made an emotional appeal at the pre-release event of Thaai Kizhavi, stating that his journey in cinema is not about competition but about giving back to the industry.
Speaking at the event, where he serves as presenter, the actor said his success and recognition come with responsibility. He shared that every hit film feels like a reminder to use his position meaningfully and help upcoming filmmakers and actors find opportunities.
Sivakarthikeyan emphasised that he has no intention of competing with or attacking anyone, adding that he wants to create positive change by supporting newcomers and backing fresh stories through his productions. He also mentioned that while audiences continue to support him, he hopes industry hurdles will ease so he can bring more new talents to the forefront.
The actor was last seen in Parasakthi and has multiple projects lined up, including SK26 with Venkat Prabhu and Seyon with director Sivakumar Murugesan.
