SSMB29: Rajamoulis 1,200 Cr Two-Part Epic

SS Rajamouli’s upcoming film SSMB29, starring Mahesh Babu, has been confirmed as a two-part franchise with a record-breaking budget of around ₹1,000–₹1,200 crore, making it the most expensive Indian film ever. The first part is planned for release in 2027, followed by the second in 2029, with production already underway and shooting in global locations like Kenya. The globe-trotting action-adventure also features Priyanka Chopra and Prithviraj Sukumaran, with music composed by MM Keeravani.
