While fans were hopeful that Telugu star actor Allu Arjun would be returning home post the interim bail granted by the Telangana High Court for 4 weeks, the officials at the Chanchalguda Central Jail where Allu Arjun is being held in remand, have not accepted the copy of the interim bail to the mistakes found in it. 

Telugu media reports that Allu Arjun's producer father Allu Arvind angrily left the Chanchalguda central jail after waiting for 4-5 hours to take Allu Arjun home. The Pushpa 2 actor will be spending the night in remand, and is expected to be released at 6:00 AM on December 14, 2024 (Saturday).

Allu Arjun was arrested by the officials from the Hyderabad Police Commissioner’s Task Force and the Chikkadpally police station on Friday. He was taken from his Jubilee Hills residence, and produced in Nampally court first.

While the court was proceeding with the order of a 14 day remand for Allu Arjun, the Chikkadapalli, Hyderabad police took Allu Arjun to Osmania Hospital for medical examinations. Allu Arjun has been in remand since, as an accused in the December 4 Shanthi Theaters stampede case which resulted in the death of a 35 year old woman, and a grave injury of her 9 year old son.
