The Greatest of All Time (The GOAT) is currently gearing up for a September 5, 2024 release, and in the early hours on Friday, film's director Venkat Prabhu shared an image updating the final mix work of the movie. Taking to X, Venkat Prabhu wrote, "Greatest of all time!!! Final sound mix done!!! Thanks #udhaykumar and team!! And spl shout out to my ad #VeerRamakrishnan and @Premgiamaren" 

Venkat Prabhu also shared on Instagram that he got to meet Malayalam star actor Mohanlal during this GOAT final mix work. Sharing an image with Lalettan, Venkat Prabhu captioned his Insta post, "With the one & only laletta @mohanlal".

Venkat Prabhu's brother and The GOAT actor Premgi Amaren, who was part of the final mix work of the Vijay movie, also shared an image with Mohanlal on X. Adding six heart eyed emojis to his caption, Premgi wrote, "Thanks a lot sir @Mohanlal" 

Mohanlal presumably was in Chennai for the post production work of his October 3 release Barroz, which is a fantasy film that marks his directorial debut. Barroz is based on the novel of Jijo Punnoose titled Barroz: Guardian of D'Gama's Treasure, and the movie's story revolves around a 400-year-old spirit entrusted to protect a hidden treasure of Vasco da Gama.
