How the duo goes from fighting over SUM-80 (Deepika Padukone), a woman destined to give birth to Lord Vishnu's 10th incarnation Kalki, to protecting her life together from a 200 year old totalitarian God named Supreme Yaskin (Kamal Haasan), is what forms the rest of Kalki 2898 AD.
