Malayalam language romantic comedy Premalu starring Naslen K Gafoor and Mamitha Baiju in the lead released in theaters on Fenruary 9, 2024. The hit film is now all set for a digital premiere, and Disney Plus Hotstar streaming platform has officially announced Premalu's OTT release date as April 12, 2024 [Friday].

Premalu will be available to stream in Malayalam, Tamil and Hindi languages. The movie is written and directed by Girish AD, and revolves around a youngster named Sachin Santhosh and his trysts with love. 

A production venture of Bhavana Studios, Fahadh Faasil And Friends, Dileesh Pothan's Working Class Hero, Premalu comes with a runtime of 156 minutes i.e. 2 hours and 36 minutes.  Made at a budget of Rs. <Rs. 4 Cr, Premalu ended up collecting Rs. 135 Cr. at the box-office. 

Also starring Sangeeth Prathap, Shyam Mohan, Akhila Bhargavan, Mathew Thomas among others, Premalu has Ajmal Sabu for cinematography, Vishnu Vijay for music, and Akash Joseph Varghese for edits.
