Maidaan starring Ajay Devgn in the lead is an upcoming sports biopic directed by Amit Sharma, and with AR Rahman for music. The movie produced by Zee Studios, Boney Kapoor's Bay View Projects, and Fresh Lime Films also stars Priyamani, Gajraj Rao, Rudranil Ghosh among others.

Maidaan's release date was recently announced as April 10, 2024 [Wednesday], and the movie is hitting theater screens marking Eid-Al-Fitr, which marks the end of Islam religion's holy Ramadan month this year. 

But Maidaan isn't the only Hindi movie scheduled to release on Eid, 2024. Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff starrer action thriller Bade Miyan Chote Miyan (BMCM) is also releasing on April 10, 2024.
