After buzz of a brain tumour being removed with a 4-hour surgery sent shockwaves in regards to Ajith Kumar's health, the actor's PR Manager Suresh Chandra has now stated in the Tamil media that it wasn't a brain operation but a neural procedure that Ajith underwent.

Suresh Chandra has clarified that while Ajith did undergo a 30-minute medical procedure on March 7, 2024 [Thursday] for nervous weakness that was detected under the actor's ear during a health check-up, Ajith Kumar was shifted to a normal ward from the ICU by March 7 night at the Apollo hospitals in Greams Road, Chennai.  

Suresh Chandra has also stated in the media that actor Ajith is expected to be discharged from the hospital as early as March 8, 2024 [Friday] night or as late as March 9, 2024 [Saturday] morning.
