Simbu Gautham film heroine finalised

The shooting of Simbu - Gautham film is progressing at a brisk pace. Gautham Menon has finalised the herione of this project. Pallavi Subhash, a Marathi actress cum model will be playing the female lead opposite Simbu. She has appeared in a few Television commercials. Pallavi has already started shooting for her portions in the film. 

Earlier the media was speculating that Pallavi Sharda of 'Besharam' fame was Simbu's heroine. Gautham has clarified that it is Pallavi Subhash who has been brought on board.

The production house has issued a press note regarding the film's heroine. "Maya, Aradhana, Meghna, Jessie, Reena, Nithya, names that don't just ring a bell but bring out warm thoughts to Tamil film goers. Needless to say these are instances of how well etched the female leads of Gautham Vasu Dev Menon movies are. Continuing on this trend would be the female lead of the upcoming flick starring STR. It has been confirmed from the direction team that the lead this time around to steal our hearts would be a fresh face by the name Pallavi. Another reason for us to look forward for the movie."
