Tamil star actor Kamal Haasan is in San Diego today for the reveal of Project K glimpse at Comic Con, USA. The tentatively titled Project K film is a Telugu production starring Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Bollywood veteran Amitabh Bachchan among others, and Kamal Haasan is said to be playing a villain role in it. 

In India, the first glimpse of Project K will be released on July 22, 2023 i.e. Friday. At this time, it has been revealed the Project K which is a sci-fi mythological movie, has been titled Kaal Chakra. While an official announcement awaits, word has it that an excerpt of the movie reads,

“Kaal Chakra essentially means the wheel of time and is seen as a symbol of creation and destruction. In simple terms, it means the passage of time and is functioning with the help of Lord Krishna,”

Written and directed by the multiple National award winning Nag Ashwin of Mahanati (2018) fame, Project K recently had first look releases of lead stars Prabhas and Deepika Padukone. Prabhas' poster in particular drew flak for being a shoddy reminiscent  of Iron Man 3 starring Robert Downey Jr.
