Following the hit dance number Kaavaalaa, actor Rajinikanth's upcoming movie Jailer is all set for a second single release titled Hukum. The Aniurdh composed song will be out on July 17, 2023 [Monday], and a short glimpse of the same has been unveiled along with the second single announcement.

Rajinikanth plays a police officer named Muthuvel Pandian in Jailer, and Hukum comes with the tagline, "This is tiger's command". Jailer releases in theaters worldwide on August 10, 2023. The movie is written and directed by Nelson Dilipkumar and produced by Sun Pictures.
