Bholaa, the Hindi version of Lokesh Kanagaraj's 2019 Tamil movie Kaithi released in theaters on March 30, 2023. The movie was adapted into Hindi by writers Aamil Keeyan Khan, Ankush Singh, Sandeep Kewlani and Shridhar Dubey, and Ajay Devgn directed and played lead in the Bollywood version. Bholaa has now made its digital premiere on Amazon Prime Video and can be watched on the streaming platform on rent (For Rs. 399). 

While the early OTT release of Bholaa is May 11, 2023, the movie is expected to stream for free for Prime Video users from May 17, 2023 [Wednesday]. Also starring Tabu in a pivotal role, Bholaa tells the tale of an ex-convict of the same name who endeavours to meet his daughter for the first time after being released from prison.

However his plans are interrupted by a well-orchestrated drug bust, which results in him facing strange difficulties with death lurking around every turn. How he ultimately meets his daughter is what is told in this 142 minute action thriller.
