Supernatural horror mystery Virupaksha is a Telugu language film starring Sai Dharam Tej, Samyuktha Menon in the lead, and directed by Karthik Varma Dandu who co-wrote the film with Sukumar. The film released in theaters on April 21, 2023 and had a dubbed Hindi,Tamil, Malayalam version release on May 5, 2023 [Review Here]. Latest we hear Virupaksha is all set to make its digital premiere on Netflix streaming platform. 

Virupaksha's OTT release date is said to be May 21, 2023 [Sunday] and an official announcement on the same is currently awaited. It is worth mentioning here that the movie's dubbed Kannada version is all set for a theatrical release on May 12, 2023.

Virupaksha is a period story and follows a village which has earned a curse upon itself after a dark deed. How this village escapes this curse with the help of hero Surya (Sai Dharam Tej), is what forms the rest of this 146-minute movie.
