Thuramukham starring Nivin Pauly in the lead is a is a period film based on KM Chidambaram's play of the same name. The movie is scripted by KM Chidambaram's son Gopan Chidambaram, and it chronicles a tumultuous era in Kerala's history spanning multiple timelines. 

Thuramukham directed by Rajeev Ravi hit theater screens on March 10, 2023 and now the film is all set for its digital premiere. Thuramukham's OTT release date is April 28, 2023 [Friday] as officially announced by Sony Liv streaming platform.

With a runtime of 2 hours 54 minutes, Thuramukham also stars Arjun Ashokan, Indrajith Sukumaran, Nimisha Sajayan, Joju George, Darshana Rajendran, Sudev Nair and Poornima Indrajith among others. The film tells the tale of the workers in the Kochi harbour and their protests against corrupt bosses in 1940s and 1950s Cochin, India.
