Sri Venkateswara Creations, producers of actor Vijay's Varisu have officially confirmed that the film's worldwide box-office collections has touched the Rs. 150 Cr mark. The announcement comes 6 days since Varisu first hit theater screens on January 11, 2023 and 3 days since its dubbed Hindi and Telugu versions (Vaarasudu) released on January 14, 2023. 

Varisu written and directed by Vamshi Paidipally follows Vijay's eponymous character, who is estranged from his family due to his business tycoon father's toxic traits. However, when his family is on the verge of breaking apart, he steps up to reunite them, while simultaneously fighting business rivals.
