Actress Samantha starrer survival thriller Yashoda released in theaters on November 11, 2022 and now the movie is all set for a digital release on Amazon Prime Video. The OTT release date of the movie has been officially announced as December 9, 2022 [Friday].

Written and directed by Hari-Harish duo, Yashoda features Samantha in the titular role alongside names like Unni Mukundhan, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Rao Ramesh, Sampath Raj, Murali Sharma among others. The film comes with a runtime of 132 minutes and and tells the tale of a woman who agrees to be a surrogate mother for money.

How she finds herself trapped in a world of uncertainties and makes her way out from a myriad of politicians, doctors, and other powerful conspiracies forms the rest of the story. The movie has Mani Sharma for music.
