Ponniyin Selvan: Part 1 (PS-I) directed by Mani Ratnam released in theaters on September 30, 2022 and is now all set to make its digital premiere on November 4, 2022 [The movie is currently available to rent at Rs. 199 on Amazon Prime Video OTT platform]. At this time, the makers have unveiled the Devaralan Aattam video song which features Karthi who plays Vanthiyathevan in the movie.  

Devaralan Aattam composed by AR Rahman, is sung by Yogi Sekar and has lyrics by Ilango Krishnan. PS-I also starsring Vikram, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Jayam Ravi, Trisha, Aishwarya Lekshmi among others is set in the Chola empire of 969 AD and follows a story filled with conspiracies, mysteries, political turmoil and impending war. The movie is a production venture of Lyca Productions, Madras Talkies.
