Vyjayanthi Movies and Swapna Cinemas produced Telugu movie Sita Ramam was officially declared to have grossed a whopping Rs. 50 Cr. in box-office collections this Monday i.e. August 15, 2022. This was quote-tweeted by Tamil film tracker/reviewer LM Kaushik at 2 PM on the Independence day holiday, before tragically loosing his life to cardiac arrest by evening. 

Malayalam star Dulquer Salmaan who plays Ram in the film , has now acknowledged this tweet which unfortunately happened to be LM Kaushik's last.

Written and directed by Hanu Raghavapudi, Sita Ramam released in theaters on August 5, 2022 and has exceeded its budget by Rs. 20 Cr. in box-office gross. The movie is a 163-minute period romantic drama that also stars Mrunal Thakur, Rashmika Mandanna among others.
