The teaser of Mani Ratnam directed Ponniyin Selvan: Part 1 (PS-I) was unveiled recently and the video gave a first glimpse into the Chola empire the filmmaker has created. An epic drama, Ponniyin Selvan is based on a Tamil novel by Kalki Krishnamurthy and it comes with an ensemble of characters.
