Tamil comedy actor Goundamani who was sparingly seen in 2-3 movies in the last decade is seemingly all set to make a comeback. Word has it that the comedian will be seen in Sivakarthikeyan's newly announced movie Maaveeran which is a Madonne Ashwin (Mandela) directorial and is backed by Telugu production house Shanthi Talkies.  

Goundamani will reportedly be seen playing Sivakarthikeyan's paternal uncle in the movie though official announcements on the same await. Maaveeran is titled Mahaveerudu in Telugu and the technical crew of this film includes Vidhu Ayyanna for cinematography, Bharath Sankar for music, Philomin Raj for edits and Kumar Gangappan for art direction.
