For a while now, we have reported that the first look of Thalapathy 66 (tentative title) is expected to be released for actor Vijay's birthday. Latest reports suggest that the team is very much on track for this plan and have also conducted a photo-shoot in preparation for the same. 

Thalapathy 66 is all set to begin its next schedule at Chennai and a huge set has been erected in the city for the same. Shooting of the film which is produced by Dil Raju and directed by Vamshi Paidipally is expected to begin with a song sequence featuring Vijay and Rashmika Mandanna.
