Prashanth Neel directed action drama KGF is gearing up for a sequel release titled KGF: Chapter 2 on April 14 and the team has ensured that the pre-release buzz for the movie is as good as it can get. Not just in India, KGF: Chapter 2 is also being ensured the maximum hype it can get overseas and in lieu of the same, the movie is getting an IMAX release in USA.

KGF 2 will be release on Imax in Kannada and Telugu languages and in doing so, the Yash starrer becomes the first Kannada movie to get an IMAX release in the country. Here is the list of theaters in USA that will be screening KGF: Chapter 2 on IMAX format.

A Hombale Films production, the U/A certified KGF: Chapter 2 comes with a runtime of 2 hours 48 minutes 6 seconds. While the prequel showcased the rise of Rocky in the power-hungry world of gold mafia, the sequel will follow his journey as the overlord of Kolar Gold Fields battling new and old foes.

The movie also stars Srinidhi Shetty, Sanjay Dutt, Raveena Tandon, Prakash Raj among others and has Bhuvan Gowda for cinematography, Ravi Basrur for music and Ujwal Kukarni for edits.
