Marvel India has confirmed that Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness aka Doctor Strange 2 will be hitting the big screens in the country on May 6, 2022. The film will be releasing in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi among other dubbed languages.

Benedict Cumberbatch is returning as Stephen Strange in Doctor Strange 2 and the movie directed by Sam Raimi will also see MCU's familiar faces like Wanda (Elizabeth Olsen), Wong (Benedict Wong), Christine Palmer (Rachel Mcadams), alongside new characters Karl Modo (Chiwetel Ejiofor), Nicodemus West (Michael Stuhlbarg) and America Chavez (Xochiti Gomez) among others.
