Composer A.R. Rahman has submitted the soundtrack of his last Hindi album Mimi to the 64th Recording Academy Awards aka the Grammys. Actress Kriti Sanon who played the titular character in the critically acclaimed Mimi was one of the first people to congratulate the double Grammy winning musician.

It is worth mentioning here that Mimi's songs like Param Sundari, Mimi's opening track and Rihaayi de, which plays at a climactic moment in the movie had both received tremendous response upon release. The movie is available to stream on Netflix.
